Part I of this series covered the measurement of impedance of metallicelectrode systems; it is completed and published in Pure Appl.Chem. 66, 1831-1891 (1994). This project will extend thediscussion to semi-conductors. Experience with the first project hasshown that there is considerable interest in the scientific communityto development of consistent symbols and terminology.
