Objective:
The purpose of this project is to help University-level instructors include more material on the solid state in the basic chemistry curriculum by providing descriptions of tested laboratory experiments illustrating important aspects of solid state chemistry.

21 experiments have been collected. Few have been tested by anotherlaboratory. The rest, together with the new added experiments willbe tested during the coming 2 years (2001-2003) by commission members.
