A Review and Critical Evaluation of Stability Constants of Metal-Chloro Complexes Part I - Aqueous Solutions (revised title)

Metal-halogeno complexes, particularly chloro- complexes, are important in both pure and applied aspects of solution chemistry. A large number of stability constant data have been reported. However, no systematic review and critical evaluation has been performed. In this project the dependence of the stability constants of chloro- complexes on the ionic medium, ionic strength and temperature will be discussed and reviewed.
