The method is being used by industry, but WG 2/88 study has been limited to only a few laboratories due to lack of equipment. The Coordinator will send the method to F. Mordret. The method should be considered for publication as a draft method. The WG 2/88 will be closed.

Project Completed - This method is problematic: the precisiondata is very poor, and it is impossible to run further ring tests. Themethod could only be published as a guide to the detection - it is proposedto add the method to the next edition of the 'Standard Methods forthe Analysis of Oils, Fats and Derivatives', 8th edition. The reportand method are available from the Coordinator.
