The production of a volume in the Experimental Thermodynamics Series describing the theory of equations of state. International input to this much needed text in the field is necessary to provide the coverage required.

Volume V of this series is being published in 2 parts; Elsevier 2000, edited by J.V. Sengers, R.F. Kayser, C.J. Peters, and H.J. White, Jr.

Project completed - Book published by Elsevier, 2000 [ISBN 0-444-50384-6]

Also closely related to this project, was the publication of a technical report entitled 'Guidelines for publications of equations of state - I. Pure fluids', Pure Appl. Chem. 69(6), 1237-1249, 1997.
