Objective
Part I of this series covered the measurement of impedance of metallic electrode systems; it is completed and published in Pure Appl. Chem. 66, 1831-1891 (1994). This project will extend the discussion to semi-conductors. Experience with the first project has shown that there is considerable interest in the scientific community to development of consistent symbols and terminology.
Progress
Because this project will build on the previously PAC-published work,
it should be realistic to consider completion of at least a first
draft by 1997.
